The Indiana State Fair is almost here!!!

CIBA will be supporting the bicycling community through our partnership with Pedal & Park for the 17th Year.  This is one of the most productive Pedal & Park events in which 2000+ bikes will be parked over 16 days! This will take place at Boulevard Station (38th and Monon Trail).  We have a number of shifts available for parking as well as set up and tear down.  In return for your help to support commuting by bicycle, vouchers for free entrance to the fair will be provided!

Thank you in advance for all your help and support! Contact Alan Rainey ajrainey@att.netfor additional questions.

Bicycle racers and spectators at the IU Health Indy Criterium Bicycle Festival were the backdrops for a smaller event that promises big results. Young bicyclists lined up to receive free bicycle helmets, custom-fit by volunteers from CIBA and IU Emergency Medicine Advocacy volunteers. In partnership with the CIBA Foundation’s support as a Silver Sponsor of the event, the Indy Criterium purchased 200 youth helmets for distribution that day and there was no shortage of eager recipients.

Ciba Member Jerry Atchley fits a todler with a free new helmet, funded by the CIBA Foundation, at the Indy Criterium.

Three siblings show off their newly decorated helmets after being fitted by CIBA members at the Indy Criterium.

Lucy Mann celebrates her new helmet!

CIBA members Steve Smith and John South fit young cyclists with new helmets!

Due to the forecast for steady rain on Saturday morning, we'd like to save a few hundred bananas a trip to the compost by postponing the Tour of Three Counties until next Sunday, May 7th, at 9:00 am.  - for Tom Schumacker
