Larger Spaces- register for this ticket type and email Director at swap@cibaride.org the type of large space you want to reserve.

20'x20' is $100
Payment in cash at the door.
Bike Sales $10 each bike /paid at door
Charge for each bike in the bike corral.
Register at least one bike in the sale. For multiple bikes email swap@cibaride.org with the number of bikes to be sold. Event director will add additional bikes to your original registration.

The 2025 SWAP Meet will be held at Moon Hall on the Arsenal Tech HS Campus. The event is open to the public free of charge. CIBA members can reserve one table at no cost. A second table is $20. All tables are $20 for non-members. Larger spaces may be available- 20'x20' is $100. Doors open to the public from 10:30 to 1:30. People selling merchandise can start setting up at 9:15. Table selection will be assigned. All bikes for sale ($10/each) will be entered into the bike corral. Canoes and kayaks will also be in a separate boat corral at $10/each. This will help prevent accidents and better flow of foot traffic through the hall. Payment for tables and/or the bike/boat corral will be made at the door in cash. No credit card charges. Register for a table or selling a bike, canoe or kayak. Its not required to register to attend the event. Volunteers are needed for set-up, take down and during the event. Notes:

A small concession stand will be operated by students.
The unloading/loading areas are at least 75' from the building entrance.
We hope to arrange a tour of the the historic Arsenal Tech Campus.
This is a fund raising event for the Tech Music Department.
Due to safety issues, last minute changes and/or cancellation could occur to the event.
