Payment in cash at the door.
Bike Sales $10 each bike /paid at door
Charge for each bike in the bike corral.
Register at least one bike in the sale. For multiple bikes email swap@cibaride.org with the number of bikes to be sold. Event director will add additional bikes to your original registration.
Canoe or Kayak Sales $10 each /paid at door
Charge for each boat in the boat corral.
Register at least one boat in the sale. For multiple boats email swap@cibaride.org with the number of boats to be sold. Event director will add additional boats to your original registration.

Registration is closed

The 2024 SWAP Meet returns to the large expo hall at the Hamilton County Fair Grounds. Access is open to the public free of charge. CIBA members can reserve one table at no cost. A second table is $15. All tables are $15 for non-members. Larger spaces are available. 10' x 10' is $100 and 20'x20' is $200. Doors open to the public from 11:00 to 2:00. People selling merchandise can start setting up at 9:45. Table selection will be assigned. All bikes for sale ($10/each) will be entered into the bike corral. Canoes and kayaks will also be in a separate boat corral at $10/each. This will help prevent accidents and better flow of foot traffic through the hall. Payment for merchandise tables and/or the bike/boat corral will be made at the door in cash. No credit card charges. Register for a table or selling a bike, canoe or kayak. Its not required to register to attend the event. Registration is open to CIBA members through 1/10/2024. Non-members can start registering January 11th. Volunteers are needed for set-up, take down and during the event. Please contact John South at SWAP@cibaride.org if you can help.
