2020 Swap Meet - Volunteer Signup

Registration

• 1) Swap Meet Setup - 7:15 am - 8:45 am
  Please plan on arriving no later than 7:30. Lifting is required and work gloves are recommended. If selling, you will be allowed time to setup. (Volunteers who are not selling will receive free admission.)
• 2) Seller Registration - 7:30 am - 10:00 am
  Registration volunteers will be both collecting registration fees, distribute seller instructions, and assist with directing sellers to their location. Registration will close at 10 AM. This is a limited-selling position. (Volunteers who are not selling will receive free admission.)
• 3) Bike Corral - 8 am - 1 pm
  Bike corral volunteers will check in bikes on monitor bikes leaving the corral. This is a non-selling position
• 4) CIBA Store Aide 8:30 1:30 (flex)
  CIBA Store aides will be unpacking merchandise, selling merchandise, and assist with store teardown. This is a non-selling position. (Volunteers who are not selling will receive free admission.)
• 5) General Admission - 8:30 am - 11:30 am (Flex)
  General Admission volunteers will be both collecting admission, and assist with directing buyer and sellers. Admission will close between 11 and 11:30. This is a non-selling position. (Volunteers who are not selling will receive free admission.)
• 6) Tear Down 12:45 pm - 2:30 pm
  Lifting is required and work gloves are recommended. Last year teardown started about 15 minutes before close. We are likely to finish early. (Volunteers who are not selling will receive free admission.)
