Event Promotion Registration
Our Swap Meet Event Promotion tables are offered free of charge to regional bicycle events in exchange for co-operative promotional consideration of CIBA’s 2020 Events. Along with your Swap Meet table, we will list your events on the CIBA web site on a regional ride promotion page, and in communications with our member and event attendees.
You May:
Provide literature for your event
Collect Emails from Swap Meet Attendees
Sell Merchandise from you events
Offer Swap Meet attendees a promotion code for registration
Please Do Not Sell Personal or Business products at your event table
Please be considerate of other if using any multi-media tools to preset your event
CIBA's Promotional Support of your events:
The CIBA Swap meet will promote your attendance at the Swap Meet
CIBA will mention of your event in a Promotion to our Membership
Your events will be listed in a regional events page on the CIBA Web site.
CIBA asks in return:
Please mention you will be at the CIBA Swap Meet in your events social media.
In the course of your event promotion, share a link to a CIBA 2020 Events page, which will feature the following events (events listed as information only):

As Indiana’s largest bicycle club, with over 500 swap meet attendees, and over 5,000 event attendees annually, we hope you will find this offer beneficial to your event and organization.
Event Tables are reserved in the P1-10 Island
Your registration and donations support ride opportunities for all ages and abilities in Central Indiana if the swap meet income exceeds expenses.
