Central Indiana Bicycling Association

Whether you are getting back in the saddle after many years or you just want to join a fun group of like-minded people, CIBA is here for you. You don't have to be a member to participate in any of our rides, but you do have to help all of us be safe.

If you are unsure of your bicycle skills, consider connecting with a League of American Bicyclists (LAB) certified instructor. You can find a list of instructors at the League's Web site. Ian Seecof, the Safety & Education Chair, is a League Certified Instructor (LCI)  and conducts LAB classes free to CIBA members. Personal safe-cycling instruction is available for families and groups of CIBA members by request.

If you haven't ridden in a CIBA ride before, be sure to introduce yourself to the ride leader and ask them any questions you might have. You may also request a ride mentor/ambassador to ride with you at your speed and chosen distance.

Group rides are an excellent place to learn ride etiquette and group skills from experienced cyclists.

Descriptions of CIBA rides are found by clicking here.

Questions? You can find a list of board members here. Don't be shy. We are all here to have fun!
